The Start

I have found it quite strange at how many people are out of work in the greatest country in the world. Although this is not why I desired to start this blog it is one of the many reasons. I highly doubt that anyone will be reading any of this quite yet so I thought that I would simply start it up with some of my ideas and reasons as to why I am doing this.
First off there is the reason that I have found myself with a lot of time without work or school and would like to use it in a, well, useful way. During my schooling I found myself distracted by books that had so much to do with my education, but nothing to do with my schooling. These books consisted of financial history, as sector of knowledge that is greatly overlook by the general population of today's young people. Some of the books in this category that I have read prior to this are:

Lords of Finance by Liaquat Ahamed
The Myth of the Robber Barons by Burton Folsom, Jr.
New Deal or Raw Deal by Burton Folsom, Jr.
Banking and Currency and the Money Trust by Senator Charles A. Lindbergh
Wall Street and FDR by Antony Sutton
Freakonomics by Levitt and Dubner

I sure that I have read at least a few more in the past year, but I have turn several back to the library or other place, such as their owners.

Anyway back to the reason as to why I started the blog. I really wanted to share with you what I have and am learning and point to places where you can learn the little I know. In this blog I want to give summaries if at all possible of books that can help you learn faster than I did, I want to save you time and money (since you won't have to buy the book that I try to summarize)!!
